Contains sugar.
Suggested Use
Adults & children 12 years of age & older: 1 tablespoon before meals & at bedtime.
Continue use until tonic effect occurs, usually after 2 weeks.
Children under 12: Consult a doctor. For insomnia, see Warnings.

Do not give to children under 12 years of age. for occasional use only. Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep. If fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to recur, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor.
