Natural Transition

A safe, effective alternative to synthetic hormone therapy for menopausal and post-menopausal women.* This high potency menopausal formula contains Isoflavones (from soy beans), which are almost identical in chemical structure to the estrogen produced by women. They have been shown to reduce hot flashes.* Natural Transition also provides Black Cohosh and the essential fatty acid, GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) for support of estrogen production and Vitamin E for cardiovascular health. Calcium and Lysine are added to support bone health along with St. John's Wort for mood balance and occasional sleepnesses associated with menopause.* Do not take this product if you are taking estrogen, MAO inhibitors or anti-depressants.

Two capsules contain 30 IU Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol), 60 mg Calcium (as calcium citrate), 50 mg Isoflavones (from soy), 125 mg soy protein, 50 mg Gamma Linolenic Acid, 80 mg Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) root (triterpene glycosides 2 mg), 333 mg St. John's Wort Extract (Hypericum perforatum) aerial portions (hypericin 1 mg), 50 mg Lysine
Other ingredients: gelatin, rice flour, vegetable stearate.
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules in AM and 2 capsules in PM.
