The nutrient levels in Kid's Mighty Vites are based on the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for children four to six years of age, as put forth by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Research Council. Potency levels in the formula are designed to maximize a child's daily diet. Kids love the natural grape flavor. Yeast free. Chewable.
One wafer provides 2500 IU Vitamin A (1250 IU as fish liver oil and 1250 IU as beta-carotene), 50 mg Vitamin C, 40 IU Vitamin D, 15 IU Vitamin E (as d alpha tocopheryl succinate), 1.2 mg Thiamin, 1.4 mg Riboflavin, 16 mg Niacin, 1.6 mg Vitamin B6, 200 mcg Folic Acid, 3 mcg Vitamin B12, 85 mcg Biotin, 4 mg Pantothenic Acid, 40 mg Calcium, 2 mg Iron, 20 mg Phosphorus, 40 mcg Iodine (from Kelp), 20 mg Magnesium, 0.5 mg Zinc, 5 mcg Selenium, 0.002 mg Copper, 0.25 mg Manganese, 5 mcg Chromium, 2.5 mcg Molybdenum, 10 mg Potassium, 10 mg Lecithin, 2 mg Choline, 2 mg Inositol, 2 mg PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), 5 mg Mixed Citrus Bioflavonoids, 2.5 mg Hesperidin, 2.5 mg Pectin.
