Omni Jr. chewable wafers provide older children, teens, and adults with a complete multivitamin to replace 33 vitamins and minerals that are frequently missing or inadequately supplied in their daily diet. Omni Jr. contains higher potencies than in a typical "one-per-day" supermarket supplement, in a natural combination that gives special attention to balance and the most easily assimilated forms of nutrients.
One wafer provides 1167 IU Vitamin A (333 IU as fish liver oil and 833 IU as beta-carotene), 167 mg Vitamin C, 33 IU Vitmain D, 10 IU Vitmain E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate), 6.7 mg Thiamine, 6.7 mg Riboflavin, 6.7 mg Niacin (as niacinamide), 6.7 mch Vitamin B12, 33 mcg Biotin, 6.7 mg Pantothenic Acid, 67 mg Calcium, 1.7 mg Iron, 13.3 mg Phosphorus, 13.3 mcg Iodine (from kelp), 33 mg Magnesium, 1.7 mg Zinc, 5 mcg Selenium, 0.008 Copper, 0.8 mg Manganese, 5 mcg Chromium, 5 mcg Molybdenum, 15 mg Potassium, 1.3 mg RNA (ribonucleic acid), 33 mg Lecithin, 3.3 mg Choline, 3.3 mg Inositol, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), 33 mg Mixed Citrus Bioflavonoids, 6.7 mg Hesperidin, 6.7 Pectin.
Other ingredients: sorbitol, fructose, calcium ascorbate, calcium pyrophosphate, calcium citrate, calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, cellulose, potassium gluconate, natural flavors, calcium pantothenate, stearic acid, vegetable stearate, silica, zinc gluconate, manganese gluconate, ferrous aspartate, ferrous glycinate, ferrous fumarate, amino acid chelates (selenium, molybdenum), cupric gluconate, chromium polynicotinate.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 wafer 3 times daily with meals.
