2 capsules contain 150 mg DIM (DIM is a proprietary blend of Diindolylmethane, Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate and Phosphatidylcholine), 150 mg Zhi Shi (Citrus aurantium) Fruit yielding 11.3 mg adrenergic amines, 750 mg Green Tea (camellia sinesis) Extract yielding 375 mg catechins/polyphenois, 105 mg epigallocatechin gallate, 52 mg caffeine.
