Directions for Maintenance Use: One (1) heaping teaspoon (5 g) mixed with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.)(178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water one-half (1/2) hour before workout, or one (1) serving daily on an empty stomach.

For Optimum Results
Pre Workout: One (5 g) serving one-half (1/2) hour before workout along with one (1) or two (2) capsules of Iron-Tek Essential Heat Thermogenic.
