How does Organic Coconut Oil Work?
Coconut Oil is a healthier and more unprocessed oil than other oils. Coconut Oil is rich in fatty acids including lauric acid (found in mother's milk), and medium chain fatty acids which are metabolized and converted to energy. This is why most baby formulas contain Coconut Oil. Coconut Oil was once considered unhealthy, however, Coconut Oil is cholesterol free and rich in medium chain "good fats" that doctors often recommend.
