The compounds in dandelion root, fumitory, barberry root and artichoke leaf extract facilitate bile flow. Betaine and methionine are methyl donors that are required by hepatic detoxification mechanisms. The flavonoids from milk thistle exert a number of useful actions supporting the liver.
