Dosage and Use
Take six capsules with each meal, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Caution
To avoid the possibility of esophageal obstruction, always take with at least 10 ounces of water. Consume immediately, followed by another glass of water. Do not take fiber supplements with oil-based products such as CLA, perilla oil, fish oil, GLA, or CoQ10. Do not use if abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting is present. Psyllium may decrease the absorption of minerals such as zinc, copper, iron, calcium, and magnesium if used concomitantly.
