Bone-D
Studies show that Vitamin D is crucial for strong bones. Yet, only one in ten Americans get the amount of Vitamin D that research suggests is optimal. With 2000 IU's of Vitamin D3 and potent levels of Ipriflavone, Silica and Ionic Trace Minerals, Bone-D™ is perhaps the world's best bone support system. It can be used alone, or with Ionic-Fizz™ Calcium Plus or any other high quality calcium/magnesium supplement (calcium should never be used with less than equal levels of magnesium). It can also be used with any multiple that does not provide more than 4000 IU's of Vitamin D per day.

Vitamin D3
(Cholecalciferol)
The most active form of vitamin D in humans. Therapeutic levels of Vitamin D to support Bone Density. Vitamin D is essential for the utilization of calcium.

Vitamin K2
(Menaquinone MK-7)
The most active form of Vitamin K. Research suggest Vitamin K2 MK-7 used in combination with Vitamin D3 supports bone density. Plays a crucial role in the management of calcium deposition in bone.

Ipriflavone
Has been shown to increase bone calcium retention, inhibit bone breakdown, promote activity of the bone-building cells and does not have estrogenic activity like other Isoflavones.

Silica
Plays an important structural role in bone tissue.

Suggested Use: One to two capsules daily, preferably with meals.
