High-potency, sublingual form. This rapidly-dissolving tablet formula is designed to get vitamin B12 quickly into the bloodstream. When B12 intake is increased to higher amounts, like those provided in our 2,500 mcg. tablets, intrinsic factor is not required for B12 absorption. It can be reliably absorbed simply by diffusion.
