Product Information
SF734VET contains DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice root), with its stomach-protective and soothing properties. Results of studies using licorice root preparations have found improved gastrointestinal health. In addition, this formula combines the potent activities of bismuth citrate and Indian barberry (Berberis aristata) root extract – both of which help maintain a healthy microbial balance in the upper digestive tract, including the stomach. Bentonite clay is included for effective binding of toxins for elimination in the stool.
Warning: Bismuth can cause a temporary, harmless blackening of the stool.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients per Capsule:
Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice (DGL) (root) (Glycyrrhiza spp.) 200 mg.
Betonite Clay 150 mg.
Bismuth Citrate 60 mg.
Berberine (from Indian Barberry extract) (root) (Berberis aristata) 50 mg.
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide.
For use in cats, dogs, and horses only.
Recommended for gastrointestinal support.
Suggested Use:
Cats: ½ capsule daily
Dogs: 1 capsule per 25 lbs body weight daily
Horses: 8-12 capsules daily
*Do not use for longer than 2 months
Cautions:
Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven.
If animal's condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian.
Potential toxicity if used alone long-term.
Warnings: For animal use only.
