Description
Nature's Way vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) contains no artificial ingredients or preservatives and is free of common food allergens.
Usage
B-6 is converted in the body to the main coenzyme responsible for amino acid and protein metabolism. The central nervous system also relies heavily on pyridoxine to assist in the production of seratonin, a critical neurotransmitter.
