Usage: Vitex is a woman's dietary supplement, traditionally used for menstrual difficulties. Vitex has been heavily researched in Europe. It is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman's life.
Recommended Daily Dosage: Take one capsule two to three times daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter take one capsule daily. Vitex works slowly so it is best if used long term.
