I started using Solaray products back in the '80s. I have found as I age the arthritis worsens, from injuries. Solaray Spectro is the only thing that stands between me and a wheelchair. Yup, it's that bad. If I keep it on hand and take it as directed I am mostly pain-free. If I run out for too long I am in a world of hurt and can barely get around. The pain is intense.
